If you're a California conservative, A libertarian, A

00:00:09
moderate Democrat, believe in common sense or just the same

00:00:12
person, this is the political podcast for you.

00:00:15
It's the California Underground Podcast.

00:00:27
What's going on, everybody? Thanks for tuning to another

00:00:29
episode of the California Underground Podcast.

00:00:31
I'm your host, Phil, along with me as always, as my trusted

00:00:34
cohost, the best and fastest researcher in the West Camille.

00:00:37
And tonight we have a special guest, first time on the

00:00:40
episode, so a first time new guest.

00:00:42
I don't know why it's taking this long to get her on the

00:00:44
show. A fellow attorney just like me,

00:00:47
she's been sounding the alarm on a whole slew of bad bills.

00:00:52
I mean coming out of Sacramento, but I mean bad bills come out of

00:00:55
Sacramento. All the time, anyway.

00:00:57
So it's not shocking. Nicole, welcome to the show.

00:01:00
Thanks for coming on tonight. Thank.

00:01:02
You for coming? Yeah, it's definitely been long

00:01:05
overdue, but I'm excited to be here.

00:01:07
Yeah, and so for the people who don't know who you are, why

00:01:10
don't you tell a little bit about yourself before we hop

00:01:13
into all these bad bills? Okay.

00:01:15
Well, I am a mom of three. Now, and I am a lawyer like

00:01:21
Phil, and I kind of have fallen into this constitutional law,

00:01:28
human and civil rights advocacy work, legal work.

00:01:34
I don't really know what to explain it to.

00:01:36
But just so people know very quickly, like I was just told I

00:01:40
want everybody know. I was very terrified of COVID.

00:01:43
I locked myself down, my family down.

00:01:47
My our two daughters have medical conditions that made me

00:01:50
very scared of COVID. But it was while I was in COVID

00:01:54
and while we were locked down that I started to see things on

00:01:57
the Internet and social media that really opened my eyes to

00:02:02
what was going on. And really, in a weird way, was

00:02:06
lucky enough to live in Orange County, where we had some very

00:02:09
egregious bad actors, including the COVID-19 vaccine Digital

00:02:15
Passport. Which San Diego, Orange County

00:02:18
and Ventura were the 2 pilot or they see me the three pilot

00:02:22
programs for the digital passport, which is what made

00:02:26
kind of exposed me or revealed to me that this was not truly

00:02:29
about our health, safety and welfare.

00:02:31
This was about control, tracking and tagging and tracking and

00:02:35
controlling us. And then when I started to see

00:02:37
what was happening at our local Board of Supervisors, what was

00:02:39
happening in the schools with children specifically, I just

00:02:43
started like. Really, truly lost my mind.

00:02:46
Like I had messages from people that were like girl get, get

00:02:49
like, you know, random people, you need help, you need, you're

00:02:52
like, you know, you're crazy. And so I just started sending

00:02:57
cease and desist letters trying to explain the law to people

00:03:01
thinking that these people just didn't understand the

00:03:04
Constitution. They just didn't understand what

00:03:06
the education code meant or the health and safety code to very

00:03:09
quickly realize they knew exactly what they were doing.

00:03:11
They knew exactly what the law said, and they didn't care.

00:03:14
So I started up my facts, law, truth, justice, Instagram page

00:03:20
because my personal page got really volatile and I also just

00:03:23
didn't want my family exposed to that.

00:03:26
So I started this like. Horrible handle.

00:03:28
That's like so many words long that no one remembers that I

00:03:32
couldn't decide. I thought the facts are

00:03:34
important. Law is obviously important and

00:03:38
with the facts and the law we can find truth and hopefully

00:03:41
achieve justice. And I just was up all night and

00:03:43
I couldn't figure which order or which words were more important.

00:03:47
They all went together. So we formed facts like truth,

00:03:49
justice and then ever since then have been trying to just read

00:03:53
the law. I was just talking to you guys

00:03:55
offline that. I'm not the smartest attorney

00:03:58
and I'm not the most experienced attorney, but I can't read.

00:04:01
And I've always said the laws on your side, the laws on our side,

00:04:05
laws on our side. Like I would not have given up

00:04:08
my career, clients, friends, family, colleagues, so many

00:04:13
things if I didn't know that what I was standing for was the

00:04:16
truth and like injustice and for the law.

00:04:19
And and so that's why where I'm where we're at right now,

00:04:23
fighting for all of that and really to protect the children,

00:04:25
that's that's my mission, is to protect children.

00:04:29
It's interesting during COVID, I think, because everyone slowed

00:04:33
down, but in my experience, a lot of attorneys all of a sudden

00:04:37
turned into constitutional attorneys because I think we had

00:04:40
a lot of time on our hands. So we're just kind of sitting

00:04:42
around going, OK, well now what do we do?

00:04:44
But we also watched what was happening in front of us.

00:04:48
And a lot of questions came up that were new novel legal

00:04:52
theories. And, you know, if you're a legal

00:04:55
nerd or you're an attorney, you kind of look at this stuff and

00:04:58
you go, yeah, OK, is this constitutional?

00:05:01
Does the state have power? Does the federal government have

00:05:03
power? And there were arguments on both

00:05:06
sides. So it was everybody became a

00:05:08
constitutional attorney during COVID in one way or another,

00:05:11
whether people got as active as you did where they were filing

00:05:14
lawsuits and and fighting, or they just became commentators.

00:05:19
So I don't know if I I hope that's a good thing, that

00:05:22
there's many more constitutional attorneys out there who are

00:05:25
looking at all of this and seeing, you know, especially

00:05:30
what was it last year? Was it Doctor Richard Pan?

00:05:33
He was part of that vaccine group and they're trying to push

00:05:36
a whole slew of bad bills through and like more vaccine

00:05:40
requirements. And thankfully a lot of that

00:05:42
stuff got pushed down and didn't actually go anywhere.

00:05:47
But. In terms of what's coming up in

00:05:50
California, that's the point of tonight's episode.

00:05:52
We're talking a lot about the legislation because right now

00:05:56
the legislation legislative session is ending, coming up

00:06:00
this week, I believe, and we should we we want to let people

00:06:08
know what's going on. What are the bills that are on

00:06:13
their way to Governor Newsom's desk?

00:06:15
Which ones have been signed already?

00:06:17
What can people keep an eye out for?

00:06:19
You provided us with a whole list.

00:06:22
You have an actual fact sheet of bad bills that had that were

00:06:27
coming out. So I guess we can start there.

00:06:29
Is there anyone in particular you want to start with to kind

00:06:32
of highlight for people? No, We have like, a really bad

00:06:38
situation in California right now.

00:06:41
There are a couple of really. Maybe someone needs to use the

00:06:44
bathroom. What's up?

00:06:46
No, I can open this ball. It's work.

00:06:53
It's my friends. I'll be right there.

00:06:55
I'm almost done. OK, We'll be back.

00:07:00
We have. You know, I personally believe

00:07:04
that Assembly Bill 665 is the worst, that it was the worst.

00:07:07
That bill, that bill that we have, That bill was written by

00:07:12
Assemblywoman Wendy Creo. But let's just call a spade a

00:07:15
spade. It was coauthored by Senator

00:07:17
Scott Weiner. I mean, let's just, I need

00:07:19
people to understand, like going back to my background, like, I

00:07:23
didn't even know who my Assembly person or my senator was.

00:07:27
I did not know who my representative was.

00:07:29
I did not know about the legislative process, and I share

00:07:32
this because it's very easy to understand.

00:07:34
One of my goals is obviously to educate on these bills that also

00:07:39
empower people like to understand this process so that

00:07:43
they can get engaged. Because you absolutely going

00:07:46
back to being like a constitutional attorney, what

00:07:49
I'm about to describe to you and what I've been doing is what

00:07:52
every single one of us can be doing.

00:07:54
You do not need to be an attorney to do what I'm about to

00:07:56
share with you. We are American citizens and we

00:08:01
are live in a constitutional Republic.

00:08:03
And these people that I'm about to talk to you about, our

00:08:06
representatives work for us. They are elected

00:08:09
representatives. They're supposed to represent

00:08:12
our priorities and values and goals and means.

00:08:15
They're literally our public servants.

00:08:18
This is not inflammatory words. This is this is just the this is

00:08:22
the reality of the situation. And so I just want to you guys

00:08:26
to keep in perspective the what I'm what I'm talking about.

00:08:30
So like I was just mentioning every year several thousand

00:08:36
bills or over 1000 bills I would say come through the legislature

00:08:40
and and representatives present bills and he just mentioned

00:08:44
Richard Pan. But Senator Scott Weiner is

00:08:46
another Senator Scott Weiner, Assemblywoman Buffy Wicks

00:08:50
Assemblywoman Wendy Carrillo. There are set as few select

00:08:56
Senator Matt or I think it's Senator Haney Assembly member

00:09:00
member Evan Lowe. I guess Alex Lee is now on our

00:09:03
radar. There are some some

00:09:06
representatives that were always like kind of on the lookout for

00:09:08
their bills. So what happened last year with

00:09:11
all the COVID bills is that Senator Scott Weiner authored

00:09:15
many, many, many bad bills that were basically, as you guys all

00:09:18
know, hopefully by now we're. Basically making our lives

00:09:22
contingent upon getting the COVID-19 vaccine, whether it was

00:09:25
jabs for jobs Eighty 1993 or SB SB-866 jabs in order for your

00:09:32
kids to go to school. There were just there was bills

00:09:37
that were saying that law enforcement had to enforce

00:09:40
health orders from, you know, the state, otherwise they would

00:09:43
lose funding. So many bad bills all

00:09:46
circulating around. COVID-19 in these alleged states

00:09:49
of emergencies. So that was last year.

00:09:51
So this year we were bracing ourselves for what we have seen

00:09:56
as like a this like trans. I'm pretty sure people are aware

00:10:00
Trans LGBQT really like movement that's happening right now.

00:10:06
And we had heard a lot coming from Scott Weiner, but we didn't

00:10:09
see any bill really any bills come from him.

00:10:12
And So what we saw him do was partner.

00:10:15
With assembly people so that these bills flew through the

00:10:19
assembly under the radar because there were these known name

00:10:23
assembly people who are either have higher political

00:10:27
aspirations or don't know what's going on That basically or his

00:10:30
lackeys. That authored these bills were

00:10:33
the primary authors of these bills and then he was a

00:10:36
principal co-author but we all know they're really coming from

00:10:38
him. So AB665 was written by Wendy

00:10:42
Creel and Senator Scott Weiner. Neither one of them have

00:10:45
children and what they did and what they always do is they try

00:10:50
and pick some like hot button topic on really ride the

00:10:53
coattails of. Immigrant minority kind of

00:10:57
disenfranchised communities say that they are trying to grant

00:11:01
them access parity, empower them.

00:11:03
Those are really, you know, a key, you know, trigger words,

00:11:07
keywords and and that's how they pass these bills.

00:11:11
So you don't want to really oppose these bills because you

00:11:14
don't want to talk. You don't want to be the one

00:11:16
opposing a bill that's going to grant.

00:11:19
You know children on medical access to mental health services

00:11:24
so that they don't commit suicide, right?

00:11:26
That's how the bill was written. But when you look at the bill,

00:11:28
8665 amends a code section, a family code section and will

00:11:34
allow 12 year olds. Any 12 year old and up who is

00:11:38
deemed to be mature enough by a professional person will allow

00:11:41
them to run away from home with zero notice to you as a parent

00:11:45
and check into a government shelter.

00:11:48
Where they will be, obviously there will be adults in that

00:11:52
resident, that residential government shelter who will be

00:11:55
like I guess checking them in and taking care of them.

00:11:58
And where we are confident given the conversations we already see

00:12:01
children having at schools, for example, with teachers and

00:12:04
faculty and staff and counselors.

00:12:06
There will be conversations about your home life, what

00:12:10
whether they feel comfortable at home.

00:12:11
Whether they feel supported at home and understood at home.

00:12:13
And mind you, we're talking about kids in.

00:12:17
Adolescent age 1213141516, like a lot of us really didn't like

00:12:21
our parents during that time anyways.

00:12:23
Now they're going to be in a government shelter where who is

00:12:25
working hand in hand walkstep with CPS, having private

00:12:30
conversations. And we are confident that they

00:12:32
will be opening up criminal investigations, CPS

00:12:35
investigations of parents in order to remove these children

00:12:38
officially and permanently from your home.

00:12:40
So to me a B665. Is the worst bill because all of

00:12:44
the other bills kind of. Not that they don't matter, but

00:12:46
if your 12 year old is out of your home in a government

00:12:49
shelter under the thumb of a government official adult who is

00:12:52
like taking care of them, then everything else doesn't matter

00:12:55
Because they're going to be able to coerce them or manipulate

00:12:58
them. Or you know, whatever fear

00:13:01
monger them or whatever it is, drip drip them into believing

00:13:05
whatever it is they want them to believe, to go along with

00:13:08
whatever systems or policies or beliefs that they have.

00:13:11
So it kind of is like emancipates minors as young as

00:13:15
12. And that, to me, is the most

00:13:19
egregious, dangerous bill of all.

00:13:23
It kind of reminds me of the bill that passed last year.

00:13:26
We discussed it on the podcast. It was if Camille might remember

00:13:33
if it. Correct me if I'm trying to

00:13:35
remember this, this was. If a child runs a, I know.

00:13:39
I can't see you guys, so I was just talking because I was like

00:13:42
that's I can't tell you, but you're day.

00:13:44
We're we're still here. Yeah, we're still here.

00:13:46
Yeah, everything's good. And we heard everything.

00:13:49
So if we can't hear you, we'll we'll say something.

00:13:55
We'll just start talking and say we we can't hear you.

00:13:58
We weren't just staring at a blank.

00:13:59
Yeah, we weren't just staring into silence.

00:14:01
So. OK, OK.

00:14:03
I'm just like, I'm just gonna keep talking till someone comes

00:14:05
back. OK, so you're there.

00:14:08
So anyway, that was a very long winded explanation.

00:14:11
I can give you shorter one, but keep waiting so it finds you

00:14:13
what bill from the other year. It was the bill that what is it

00:14:17
if if kids run away from home because they deemed California

00:14:24
sanctuary state, trained sanctuary state, so if kids run

00:14:27
away? A court order from another

00:14:30
state, California, won't abide by, which to me violates the

00:14:34
federal constitution and privileges and immunities of

00:14:37
other states, I mean. In.

00:14:39
Fact so it's insane that California just goes, we're not

00:14:43
going to listen to what other states have to say in terms of

00:14:45
family custody. That kind of sounds like it

00:14:48
where the government just kind of steps in and goes no we're

00:14:51
we're going to take control of your child.

00:14:53
There's nothing you can do. That's basically it.

00:14:56
And and the state. Has more authority over.

00:14:59
It's almost like at this point the state of California is

00:15:03
almost in a position where they're their position is we're

00:15:08
allowing you, we're granting you permission to have children and

00:15:11
to raise them. But we have the ultimate say and

00:15:16
at the end of the day, we can pull your kids away and we can

00:15:19
put them in these residential shelters.

00:15:21
At the end day, there are children, so you won't you you

00:15:24
enjoy the privilege of having these kids from the state.

00:15:26
So does that sound correct? Yeah, I mean, we've heard them.

00:15:30
We've actually heard them saying, we've heard even Joe

00:15:33
Biden say, like, these children are not your children.

00:15:36
These children are our children. They're not your children.

00:15:38
They're not your children. And and people confuse this,

00:15:41
actually. It's really interesting.

00:15:42
When I was at Mass this weekend, the priest was talking about

00:15:46
how, like children, he's from God.

00:15:48
Our priest is from Ghana. And he was saying that, like

00:15:51
when the children would run around the village, that like if

00:15:54
you did something naughty like that your aunt, auntie would

00:15:57
spank you or ground you or, you know, put you on time out or

00:15:59
whatever it was. And he's like, oh, you know, our

00:16:03
children, you know, the children were the children of the

00:16:05
village, but. And I do believe that it takes a

00:16:08
village to raise a child. But and that's your community.

00:16:11
That's your extended your, your nuclear family your extended

00:16:14
family your aunties your uncles your neighbors, you know

00:16:17
certainly. But those people are not the

00:16:19
state those aren't the government children are not and

00:16:22
and people. I think the reason why I point

00:16:24
that out is because I think people have confused that it

00:16:27
takes a village of us, of individuals, of citizens to

00:16:31
raise a child. But we, I mean, unless we are

00:16:35
elected into office, we are not the state.

00:16:37
The government is supposed, and you already know that it is

00:16:40
supposed to be a small government of finite, limited,

00:16:45
enumerated powers. And we.

00:16:47
And that's why I kind of started this podcast was saying, you

00:16:50
know, the government. Is these government agencies and

00:16:54
these boards are the inch. It's from the law

00:16:57
instrumentalities of our creation.

00:17:00
We created them. We give them.

00:17:02
We don't even give them our power.

00:17:03
It's almost like proxy. It's like voting by proxy, like

00:17:06
we can't all 32 million or however many millions of us

00:17:10
Californians go to the Capitol and and vote on laws.

00:17:13
We have to, we give them the authority to vote.

00:17:18
Sorry, go ahead. No, you froze for just as.

00:17:21
Long you froze for a second. So you know you.

00:17:25
Ended at 32. Oh, that there's 32 of

00:17:28
us and we cannot all go to the Capitol and legislate and lobby

00:17:33
for these bills. We have elected representatives

00:17:37
to serve us in their public, in the public capacity and and so,

00:17:42
yeah, that that's exactly what's happening.

00:17:43
It's similar. I mean, what's going on in

00:17:45
California is even worse because.

00:17:48
We know that Governor Newsom is gunning for presidency.

00:17:50
He's saying he's not going for 2024 but 2028.

00:17:53
So what happens in California will spread across the country.

00:17:57
And he has already demonstrated time and again like you

00:18:00
mentioned last year, he does not care about the California

00:18:03
Constitution. He does not care about the US

00:18:05
Constitution, the federal Constitution, which is the

00:18:07
supreme law of the land and. He will just run.

00:18:11
Run him up. He will run Ramshock over that.

00:18:13
He does not care about any of these constitutional provisions,

00:18:16
even though he has taken an oath to uphold the state federal

00:18:21
constitution and the law. So it's it's pretty terrifying.

00:18:24
He does not care. California does not care.

00:18:29
I want to expand on just a couple things because this there

00:18:32
are already provisions in place with this this law, but this is

00:18:37
now. The child doesn't have to

00:18:39
present any sign of harm, correct?

00:18:42
Like it could just be any child. Whereas before there had to be,

00:18:45
they were possibly suicidal or there was harm going on in the

00:18:47
home, some sort of abuse. And now it that they're trying

00:18:51
to erase all that. It's just any child they can

00:18:54
decide to do this. And this is so hard to me

00:18:58
because the state of California has, I believe, about 60

00:19:02
children in foster care right now.

00:19:05
Where do they expect all these children when they make them

00:19:08
wards of the state? Where do they expect them to go?

00:19:10
And we are already hearing it now.

00:19:12
Many people are wonderful foster parents.

00:19:14
I'm not putting that down. But we do hear horrific stories

00:19:17
of, you know, these teenagers that go through abuse in these

00:19:21
foster homes and and then they're often the turnarounds of

00:19:25
the homes because they're kicked out of one home and into another

00:19:27
and. Right.

00:19:29
I just as a parent, have always baffled, absolutely baffled that

00:19:34
they're trying to separate children from parents.

00:19:37
But then I'm glad you mentioned masks because I wasn't sure

00:19:40
where you were with your faith and everything but the Bible

00:19:44
that I feel like Democrats are trying so hard to take the Bible

00:19:48
and then just make everything about it opposite and illegal.

00:19:51
You know, the Bible's so clear about parents train your child

00:19:54
the way that they should go. There's all these verses, and in

00:19:56
fact there's entire chapters dedicated to parenting.

00:19:59
And raising your children and then Democrats are like Nope,

00:20:03
Nope, Nope. And if you do any of that, we're

00:20:05
going to take them away for you. Well, and they just lie like

00:20:09
Governor Newsom is like, this is the we have the strongest

00:20:13
protections for local control. We are the freest state with the

00:20:17
freest, you know, free speech protections and right and

00:20:21
rights. And yet we passed last year AB

00:20:23
2098, which silenced doctors and medical professionals who were,

00:20:29
you know, spreading information that ran contrary to the then at

00:20:33
that moment current Coven 19 narrative.

00:20:36
That is, he literally suppressed free speech.

00:20:39
That that was to silence people from speaking and communicating.

00:20:44
AB665, Well, a B957, for example, is another horrifying

00:20:47
bill that says you must affirm your child and if you don't

00:20:51
affirm your child, you could lose custody of your child.

00:20:54
It says that judges must give priority to those and this is an

00:20:59
effect. This is not what the blip the

00:21:01
the bill says, but we've already seen this happening, is that

00:21:04
judges are giving priority or like favoring I should say

00:21:09
parents who affirm their child's self selected gender identity,

00:21:12
whatever that identity is, whatever age that child is.

00:21:16
If you are religious and your religion prohibits you or you

00:21:19
know doesn't believe in the transgender ideology, and yours

00:21:23
religion prohibits you from doing that, that is a violation

00:21:27
of your First Amendment right to free exercise of religion.

00:21:30
It's a It violates your First Amendment right to free speak,

00:21:32
to speak, free speech, to speak freely.

00:21:34
Say, I don't agree with this, It's actually compelled speech.

00:21:37
If you do say yes, I affirm my child.

00:21:40
Even though you don't affirm your child, you wouldn't

00:21:42
ordinarily do that. So I mean, these are

00:21:45
horrifyingly egregious bills. They completely run afoul of,

00:21:50
again, even the California Constitution and certainly the

00:21:53
US supreme, the US Constitution, which is the supreme law of the

00:21:56
land. And these protections are well

00:22:00
settled, OK? These are fundamental rights

00:22:02
that are enshrined in the US Constitution.

00:22:05
They have been protected parental rights.

00:22:07
Your right to privacy has been protected for over 100 years by

00:22:11
the US Supreme Court over and over again.

00:22:16
Poor, poor Camille is outnumbered by two Catholics on

00:22:19
this podcast. I'm a Christian.

00:22:20
It's OK. Well, I I hear enough people who

00:22:24
say, like, oh, Catholics aren't Christian.

00:22:28
Yeah, no, we just like to to. Domination.

00:22:30
Sorry, we're not going to get on the rent on that.

00:22:32
I feel like we all probably pretty much believe the same.

00:22:35
It's. Fine.

00:22:35
I mean, I mean, we're the original Christianity, but

00:22:39
that's not the point of this podcast.

00:22:40
Anyway, moving on, in terms of another bill I want to touch

00:22:46
upon was a B1078 and this has really become like a hot button

00:22:49
issue because of what's going on if you've been paying attention

00:22:53
like school board districts and. Each what was it?

00:22:56
Orange Unified just passed this same parental notification.

00:23:00
Jonathan Zacherson, who's been on the show before, has been a

00:23:03
big part of this in terms of getting these parental

00:23:08
notification policies where they were trying to say if someone,

00:23:13
child or student, comes to a teacher and comes out as

00:23:17
transgender, that. The teacher's position was they

00:23:20
wanted to keep it secret, but now they have this parental

00:23:23
notification, so this sort of goes hand in hand with that.

00:23:29
What's? That opposite, Because on the

00:23:31
one hand they're saying if you don't affirm your child, we're

00:23:33
going to take them away from you.

00:23:35
Is that on the other hand? This they're saying we need to

00:23:38
keep this from the parents because they're in a dangerous

00:23:40
situation. So we either can't or can't

00:23:43
affirm them because we're not. I'm sorry.

00:23:46
Right. So you must affirm, but we're

00:23:48
not going to tell you, and you don't get to.

00:23:50
Know. Right.

00:23:52
So so I've put these bills for this year really are like in two

00:23:58
camps but they all go together and and I would like to say for

00:24:01
the record I don't when we a lot of these bills are trans

00:24:07
oriented, transgender gender affirming care oriented bills.

00:24:11
This this is not about transgender children.

00:24:15
OK. Last year was not about COVID.

00:24:18
Every single year what I have kind of the analogy that I have

00:24:23
come up with or whatever conveyed is each year they pick

00:24:27
a hot button topic and that is the Trojan horse.

00:24:29
So when George Floyd Floyd died, it was, you know, systemic

00:24:32
racism and and racial disparities and and and, you

00:24:37
know, Black Lives Matter. And that was the Trojan horse

00:24:40
that they tried to usher in all of these horrible bills.

00:24:43
At the end of the day, we're trying to strip us of our

00:24:45
fundamental, constitutionally protected rights.

00:24:47
OK. Last year or like over like 2

00:24:50
years was COVID. And with the COVID Trojan horse

00:24:53
they were trying to usher in, like for example SB-866 by

00:24:56
Senator Scott Weiner was to empower minors to not just the

00:25:01
COVA 19 vaccine, but to consent as young as 12 to all vaccines.

00:25:07
Right. Because there were Trump MAGA Q

00:25:09
and on literally he was like there are Q.

00:25:11
And on conspiracy parents who don't believe in vaccines there

00:25:14
are crazy anti vaxxers and these children do not deserve to

00:25:18
suffer and die from COVID because they're there.

00:25:21
You know, parents are missing reading misinformation and

00:25:24
they're misinformed Q And on conspiracy theories, literally

00:25:26
that is what he said. And he said it was about COVA 19

00:25:29
vaccines. But when you read the bill, it

00:25:31
was about all vaccines. So then we would have had

00:25:34
children. Exam is 12 in the state of

00:25:36
California. If people do not know, you need

00:25:37
to wake up. Your child as young as 12 has

00:25:40
medical privacy and the right to consent to mental health

00:25:44
treatment, substance abuse, rehabilitative, rehabilitative

00:25:47
treatment, sexual reproductive health, including abortions.

00:25:52
There's a slew of medical treatment and care that your

00:25:55
child as young as 12, can already consent to.

00:25:58
So he wanted to do substance abuse, substance, uh, sexual

00:26:01
reproductive, health, mental health services.

00:26:04
And he would say your if your child can already get an

00:26:06
abortion, why can't they just get a vaccine?

00:26:08
It's just one shot. They can get this, this whole,

00:26:10
you know, procedure done without you knowing like, why not.

00:26:13
And that's what's called a slippery slope in the law,

00:26:15
Philly. You know that.

00:26:16
So they were just building and building and building and we

00:26:19
have allowed this to happen because what they do is they

00:26:22
take one horrifying like you were mentioning, but Camille 1

00:26:25
horrifying case. Of course there is that one

00:26:28
horrifying case of the 10 year old who got raped by her father,

00:26:31
who couldn't talk to anybody about it, that wanted to get an

00:26:33
abortion or just even just reproductive healthcare and

00:26:37
couldn't. And she was 10 or 12 or whatever

00:26:39
the age was. And so we create a law around

00:26:42
that one horrifying exception to the rule and we've allowed

00:26:46
consistently in California to allow these horrifying exception

00:26:50
exceptions to swallow the rule. So now, again in California,

00:26:53
minors as young as 12 can consent to again, I just really

00:26:57
want people to understand sexual reproductive health care, mental

00:27:01
health care, substance abuse treatment.

00:27:03
And he wanted to add vaccines. We were lucky enough to kill

00:27:06
that because this year it's the trans Trojan horse.

00:27:09
And I know I would bet my you know, Fltj that if last year he

00:27:16
would have passed vaccines, he would have been like they can

00:27:18
already get abortions, they can already get vaccines.

00:27:21
Why not allow them consent to gender affirming care?

00:27:25
It would have been the next thing.

00:27:26
So right now this year is the trans Trojan horse.

00:27:29
You know it's a Trojan horse covered in the rainbow flag.

00:27:32
No one wants to touch it because it's the hot button topic.

00:27:35
All of these bills start with, you know analysis of trans L GB

00:27:40
QTU's, how they're susceptible, you know, to mental health

00:27:45
issues, to suicidality, da, da, da da.

00:27:47
And then they're like and that's why we need to increase the gas

00:27:50
tax, right. But it has nothing to do with

00:27:53
that. But the reason that as the the

00:27:56
there's no other word really. Kind of funny because all my

00:28:00
notes for AV957, which is the parents who don't affirm could

00:28:03
lose custody. I actually wrote silvery slope

00:28:06
because what in the future can they.

00:28:08
Well we already did this and now what are they?

00:28:10
That's exactly what I wrote was you just said yeah, I used to

00:28:16
have a rant. This is going slightly off topic

00:28:18
but I have been so my oldest is almost 18 and I wasn't anti vax.

00:28:24
I just was very. It's my choice research.

00:28:28
I didn't believe in getting them all done at one time kind of

00:28:31
thing. So I was very pro, not following

00:28:34
the schedule and just doing what I wanted when I wanted.

00:28:37
And I've always been like that. And I've also always

00:28:40
homeschooled, so I didn't have to worry about those things for

00:28:43
school. But that was something that I

00:28:46
like. Probably 1213 years ago I

00:28:48
started noticing this like this funny little connection between.

00:28:54
And I don't know how to articulate this very well, but

00:28:56
between getting vaccines and owning our children and and I

00:29:00
started using that kind of like, I'm like, OK, so they want, you

00:29:02
know, they want our children as young as like 2 starting in

00:29:04
preschool. And they want to like get them

00:29:07
fulltime education and starting like 2 years old, all, you know,

00:29:11
and not even just through high school because they want them in

00:29:13
college. But I was like, they're going to

00:29:14
start, they're forcing these, They're mandating these

00:29:16
vaccines. And then they're going to keep

00:29:18
pressing them earlier. They're going to like all of a

00:29:20
sudden mandate preschool for the two and three-year olds.

00:29:22
They're going to get them in school.

00:29:23
They're going to get them vaccinated.

00:29:24
They're going to make us follow these laws and then they're

00:29:28
going to teach the kids what they want to teach in public

00:29:31
schools. And of course they're always

00:29:32
trying to outlaw a home school. So they're going to get in the

00:29:35
kids heads starting at 2 years old and then you know, and then

00:29:38
they're going to teach them. You need to go to education

00:29:41
because you need to do all this to get into a good college.

00:29:44
Then, you know, they're going to get into college and then

00:29:46
they're going to take out all these student loans that from

00:29:50
the government. They're going to owe the

00:29:52
government and the government. And of course, they don't get a

00:29:54
better job to pay more taxes. And so the government's trying

00:29:57
to just own them from 2 years old and on.

00:30:01
Yeah. What's so interesting you say

00:30:02
that because, you know, my family's from South America, and

00:30:05
the better grades you get, the better school you get into and

00:30:08
the less you pay. So, like, the less universities

00:30:12
in Argentina are free. I mean, that's how it should be,

00:30:15
right? It should be, you know,

00:30:16
meritocracy. It should be based, like how

00:30:18
hard you work. The better grades you get, you

00:30:20
should get, you should get, you know, rewarded for that.

00:30:23
But it's totally what you said. That's.

00:30:24
That's exactly it. And I mean, oh, it's going back

00:30:27
to the bad bills we have. I mean, and it's, you know,

00:30:31
California is a compulsory education state.

00:30:34
That's why I tell people like they're coming after the kids

00:30:37
because the kids are the lowest hanging fruit and they make it

00:30:42
super expensive for you to live here.

00:30:44
You children must go to school. So you have to, you know, like

00:30:47
you talked to, you brought it up so many times last year, Phil.

00:30:50
It's like people can't even commute to work anymore.

00:30:53
Like you're creating this gas task tax and people aren't going

00:30:56
to evil. Like people need to live in the

00:30:57
server suburbs and work in the city and now they're eating up

00:31:01
there. Or not the gas tax.

00:31:02
But the toll, I think it was a toll on the freeways.

00:31:04
Whenever there was like a couple, and there were several

00:31:07
of them, like people can't even commute into work anymore.

00:31:10
So they have your children over a barrel.

00:31:14
They have you over a barrel. And we have these bills right

00:31:18
now. 8665 is emancipating minors if your child can leave your

00:31:22
home at age of 12 with 0 allegations of incest, abuse or

00:31:27
danger like they want to kill themselves.

00:31:29
Right now in California children as young as 12 can consent to

00:31:32
mental health services but the without your knowledge or

00:31:35
consent like I was just mentioning.

00:31:37
But the only way that they can leave your home and check into a

00:31:39
residential shelter is if there are allegations and proof of

00:31:43
abuse, incest or that they are danger to themselves or others,

00:31:46
like they want to commit suicide or they want to kill their

00:31:48
brother or their dad or the teacher or whatever.

00:31:51
And of course we want those children to be removed from that

00:31:54
kind of volatile situation and then we'll we'll figure out

00:31:58
what's going on. But when you have that

00:32:00
happening, then you have allegations of abuse, incest or

00:32:03
danger. You have CPS.

00:32:05
You have someone actively stepping in to open up an

00:32:08
investigation and assure that child in the system and there

00:32:12
will be an investigation, and rightfully so, because there is

00:32:16
that there's proof of incest, abuse or danger right now.

00:32:19
This bill, AB665 gets rid of those requirements.

00:32:22
So you and this is what's going to happen, you're going to get

00:32:25
in a fight with your child over tick tock or their grades or

00:32:29
drinking and driving or have having sex with their boyfriend

00:32:32
or using social media too much or whatever it is.

00:32:36
You're going to get a huge fight.

00:32:37
You're going to slam the door. You're going to take their car

00:32:40
keys, whatever it is. They're going to go to school,

00:32:43
where they've now installed 10 more of these

00:32:47
professional people. They're called in the schools

00:32:50
who are literally looking for children.

00:32:52
And they're going to go, how are you doing when you want to?

00:32:54
Do you know what's going on? You look sad or you.

00:32:56
They mentioned something to their teacher, they mentioned

00:32:58
something your counselor, and they're going to have a

00:33:01
conversation, say, do you feel like comfortable going home?

00:33:03
And you're like, not really. My dad was so pissed at me last

00:33:06
night. He was so my mom was so angry.

00:33:09
And they're going to say, well, do you want to go cool off in a

00:33:11
government shelter? And your child doesn't

00:33:13
understand that you're going to go, They're going to go to

00:33:15
government children where they are looking for anything to open

00:33:20
up an investigation on you and then you.

00:33:23
This is the antithesis of innocent until proven guilty and

00:33:27
of due process. You have virtually your children

00:33:31
have been removed with from you without any allegations of any

00:33:34
wrongdoing, and now you're facing the expensive, like

00:33:37
financially and time consuming, expensive and energy sucking,

00:33:41
draining process of fighting Child Protective Services

00:33:45
without you having done nothing wrong.

00:33:49
And so they're removing the children that way.

00:33:51
They're removing the child, the children with 9 by 7 because the

00:33:54
child's going to be with the least mentally stable parent,

00:33:58
right, the the affirming parent. Those children will also, you

00:34:04
know, could end up in foster care.

00:34:07
And what you're what you're saying about foster care, it has

00:34:09
nothing to do with foster care people being good or bad.

00:34:13
It has everything to do with the fact that there's 60

00:34:16
children. I think it's like 66

00:34:18
children in the state of California who are in the foster

00:34:20
care system. We don't have even if the most

00:34:22
well-intentioned foster care system or home, there's simply

00:34:28
not enough resources. They're sleeping on the floors,

00:34:30
they're not supervised, The children abuse each other.

00:34:34
People don't realize that because they're up until 17.

00:34:36
So you'll have an 8 year old in there with a 17 year old who has

00:34:39
suffered a lot of trauma. They abuse each other, they're

00:34:42
abused by the counselors. Counselors take them out of the

00:34:45
homes, They traffic them, and traffickers wait outside of

00:34:48
foster counts because they know these children are vulnerable.

00:34:51
They know they don't have adults who are waiting for them.

00:34:54
Who are they are accountable to, who are, you know, taking care

00:34:57
of them, tracking them, Whatever.

00:34:58
You know, people spin it as like, oh, they're not property

00:35:01
in your want to control your property.

00:35:02
Whatever they don't, they know that they don't have any adults,

00:35:06
trusted adults, who are taking care of them, who are going or,

00:35:08
you know, know where they are and are going to be concerned if

00:35:11
they don't show up for three days.

00:35:13
And so all of these bills are rife for abuse and trafficking.

00:35:19
There's an assembly Bill 223 is a bill no one wanted to talk

00:35:22
about because it was super technical by Christopher Ward.

00:35:25
But Christopher Ward drafted a bill that says if an adult, any

00:35:29
adult, there's no definition of adult five can file a petition

00:35:34
for a name, gender or sex identifier change

00:35:37
confidentially. So now we have children in these

00:35:40
residential shelters or living with a mentally unstable parent,

00:35:44
right? Who's the affirming parent or

00:35:46
the most extremely affirming parent?

00:35:48
Or is a ward of the state because of another scenario I'll

00:35:51
tell you about in a second? And now an adult, any adult can

00:35:55
file for it, virtually erase their identity confidentially,

00:35:59
and you're the parent. You have no idea.

00:36:01
You have no idea why your child's out of your house.

00:36:03
You're fighting CPS and someone has filed A petition to change

00:36:07
their name, gender and sex identifier.

00:36:09
All of those markers are gone. Your child is erased.

00:36:12
Like, this is not a. This is not a fire like the

00:36:18
fire. We are in the fire.

00:36:21
This is the worst that I have seen.

00:36:24
I I mean, I've only been doing this for a couple of years.

00:36:26
But Senator Scott Weiner and his cronies, his cartel, his child

00:36:32
abusing human trafficking cartel have are attacking families.

00:36:37
They're attacking parents. They are actively removing

00:36:40
children from loving to parent homes, whatever that home may

00:36:44
look like. And no home is perfect.

00:36:46
OK, no home is perfect. But they are criminalizing

00:36:50
parents, demonizing them, turning children against their

00:36:54
parents when the school situation as well, telling

00:36:58
children that their parents are going to abuse them, kick them

00:37:00
out, don't understand them, go to the counselors.

00:37:03
It is a full frontal 360 attack on the nuclear family, whatever

00:37:08
that might look like in California.

00:37:10
And so those are the two kind of camps.

00:37:13
I'm this started with 1078 and I I got really off track.

00:37:16
But again, they're trying to remove parents out of stable

00:37:20
homes. And then if you can't, let's say

00:37:24
you can cling to your your child and your custody.

00:37:27
Or even if you can't, they're in compulsory education, like

00:37:30
Camille was just saying. And now we have a B1078AB5SB596.

00:37:37
We have Tony Thurman coming down to meetings and threatening

00:37:40
board members and parents. We have Govern Newsom opening up

00:37:43
investigations on school boards who are trying to protect kids

00:37:46
and families. And we have Rob Banta initiating

00:37:49
lawsuits against conservative boards.

00:37:51
And conservative, I don't mean Republican conservative, I mean

00:37:55
traditional and respectful of families, local authority, the

00:38:01
Constitution. So I would say traditional

00:38:03
conservative boards who are following, you know, long time

00:38:07
tested rules. And I mean, I don't know,

00:38:10
there's no other picture to paint.

00:38:12
That is the picture that is the reality of what's happening in

00:38:15
California right now. The funniest thing or it's not

00:38:19
funny. It's actually ironic.

00:38:22
I, I, I, I it's funny because you got to laugh at how absurd

00:38:26
the left is and how hypocritical they are.

00:38:29
They they cry about, you know, this is an attack on our

00:38:34
democracy. This is an attack on our

00:38:36
democracy. Everything's an attack on our

00:38:37
democracy. And now with the the school

00:38:41
boards and the fact that Rob Banta and Gavin Newsom are

00:38:44
basically going after every school board is.

00:38:49
In our mind, it's an attack on technically.

00:38:52
It's an attack on democracy and sort of the separation of powers

00:38:57
between local school boards and duly elected school board

00:39:00
members. And this is something that I

00:39:03
think was coming down the Pike for COVID.

00:39:07
And I remember talking about this a lot of my lives and stuff

00:39:09
back during COVID was like, you have to make sure you pay

00:39:13
attention to everybody who you is on your ballot all the way

00:39:16
down to school board. And a lot of people started to

00:39:20
show up to school board meetings and they start to go okay.

00:39:23
I'm going to get involved now. I get to see what's happening in

00:39:25
my school boards or in my school.

00:39:29
And now you have these school boards that are maybe right

00:39:32
leaning or or more conservative and they're implementing these

00:39:35
parental notifications. They're spreading like wildfire

00:39:38
because I think it's in the best interest of the kids and the

00:39:41
parents, but now because it goes against the agenda, Gavin Newsom

00:39:45
and Rob Banta. Now all of a sudden it's like,

00:39:48
okay, well, we love democracy, but we don't like democracy like

00:39:51
that. Like don't do it like that

00:39:53
because we're going to sue you and we're going to pass laws to

00:39:55
stop it. But it's not.

00:39:57
It's like it's they it's we're we're in an abusive relationship

00:40:03
with our government. Okay if you can just first of

00:40:06
all Gavin Newsom is a narcissist #1 #2.

00:40:09
If you can just understand that they are literally gas, that's

00:40:15
called gas lining. He passes a law that silences

00:40:19
doctors and then has the audacity at the same press

00:40:24
conference, virtually almost, that he's signing in a bill that

00:40:28
says you cannot speak freely based on your science, your

00:40:31
personal experience, your whatever.

00:40:33
We are the number one state protecting, you know,

00:40:39
constitutional rights to is it's called, it's being manipulative,

00:40:44
it's called gaslighting, it's called lying.

00:40:47
And it's like we're in this abusive relationship with our

00:40:51
government that you know it, they're just, he's slick and

00:40:54
he's kind of handsome. If you're into that greasy,

00:40:57
gross type, he could be charming and whatever, and he's literally

00:41:01
abusing you then telling you it's your fault that he's

00:41:04
abusing you. I mean, it is repulsive.

00:41:07
If you go look at psychology books 101, that is literally

00:41:11
what we're dealing with. And and that's why people are

00:41:13
having, you know, cognitive dissonance.

00:41:15
Everyone's cognitive. It's not freaking confident that

00:41:17
they're lying to you. They're lying to you.

00:41:20
They're abusing you. It doesn't make any sense.

00:41:22
But you have got to get out and just just take a step back and

00:41:26
look at what they're doing, look at their actions.

00:41:28
Stop looking at the puppets and what they're saying.

00:41:30
Look what they're doing. They are looking what they're

00:41:32
doing is this. They are taking school boards

00:41:35
who are implementing policies, mind you, you in California

00:41:40
school boards, excuse me, school districts and schools have to

00:41:43
tell you if your child's grades are suffering.

00:41:46
If your kid doesn't show up to school, they have to tell you.

00:41:49
And except when your child is suffering from a mental anxiety,

00:41:55
depression, some sort of mental health crisis, it is a mental

00:42:00
health crisis, OK? No one wants to call it a

00:42:02
disease. It's like you can be gender

00:42:04
dysphoria is actually a clinically diagnosed disease,

00:42:09
but your child is suffering from some sort of mental condition

00:42:13
stress that they are questioning their identity.

00:42:17
It just happens to be gender identity and they don't have to

00:42:19
tell you. So they have to tell you if

00:42:21
their if their grades are, they don't have to tell you when they

00:42:23
want to. They hate their entire body.

00:42:26
They hate their identity. They hate who they are.

00:42:28
So much so that they want to change their name, change how

00:42:30
people refer to them, change how they dress, change their

00:42:33
appearance and then maybe even start taking drugs and actually

00:42:37
amputate healthy parts of their body.

00:42:38
Like I don't need to know that as a parent and and the irony of

00:42:42
all ironies what you're saying Phil, is that the the if you

00:42:45
look at the legislative history behind those bills like the one

00:42:47
that you are obligated to tell about the grades, it's because

00:42:50
and they cite to studies over and over again.

00:42:54
So like before COVID, all like the studies that were relevant

00:42:57
and true before COVID and same with so before trans, this

00:43:01
transgender parents were integral to children's overall

00:43:06
mental well-being and success. And that's why you had to tell

00:43:09
parents you have got to get parents involved because if

00:43:12
their if their grades are suffering, there's something

00:43:14
going on and parents need to be involved so that you can come up

00:43:17
with like a support plan at school and then have the parents

00:43:20
at home, you know, working collaboratively.

00:43:22
You can't like, you know, train the kid at school, super tutor

00:43:26
them at school and then go home and have the wheels fall off.

00:43:28
They need, you know, you need to be collaborating with the place

00:43:32
and the people that they spend a majority of their time with and

00:43:35
also have that support system. So when it comes to grades,

00:43:37
parents are integral, but when it comes to children's gender

00:43:40
identity, they're not only not important to that mental health

00:43:45
issue, but they're actually Public Enemy number one.

00:43:49
I mean you have people just are being intellectually dishonest

00:43:54
if they're going to pretend that that's true that people are

00:43:57
being intellectually, the left is being intellectually

00:43:59
dishonest and what they do is going back to that Trojan horse

00:44:02
analogy is they take trans kids suicide, want to kill

00:44:06
themselves, trans kids want to suicide themselves and they

00:44:11
don't have the data to support that.

00:44:13
Trans kids do want to commit suicide because they are

00:44:16
typically suffering from, and this is, again clinically,

00:44:20
statistically, there are peer reviewed studies showing they

00:44:25
traditionally are suffering from a DDADHD, depression, anxiety.

00:44:30
There are other mental health conditions that go along with

00:44:33
and manifest themselves in gender confusion.

00:44:36
And #3, another huge reason why they want to kill themselves is

00:44:40
because they're living a lie, because they're not coming out

00:44:43
to their parents. If they were given the

00:44:45
opportunity and we're told, you know, given a supportive

00:44:48
environment and encouraged and given tools to have a great

00:44:52
meaningful conversation with their parents, the suicidality

00:44:55
would go down. The stress and anxiety would go

00:44:57
down. But that's not what schools are

00:44:59
doing. And and the other thing I want

00:45:01
to say very quickly is everybody needs to get in.

00:45:03
What, like, you need to understand these are the laws.

00:45:05
Understand California legislature is coming after your

00:45:08
children and understand that what's happening is already

00:45:12
happening. Like I'm not making this up and

00:45:14
sounding the alarm on these bills because I think that one

00:45:17
day because I'm some hysterical Orange County house wife, like

00:45:20
people like to call me. It says I'm already getting the

00:45:23
phone calls. Abigail Martinez is already a

00:45:26
mom whose child was removed from her custody and care because she

00:45:30
would not affirm her child's self elected gender identity

00:45:32
because her daughter was by I think it was bipolar.

00:45:35
Don't put me on that. She was had mental health issues

00:45:39
and when the transgender this is just a couple years ago started

00:45:42
gaining you know, momentum she went with the trans thing and

00:45:47
her Yale. Abigail said she wanted to take

00:45:50
her daughter to get therapy, and they said no.

00:45:52
And the school took her daughter, got her removed from

00:45:55
her mother's care, got her into, you know, protective service and

00:45:59
no foster care where she was pumped full of hormones and you

00:46:03
know, all the the the whole healthcare plan, gender for me

00:46:08
healthcare plan. Meanwhile, they're investigating

00:46:11
her for emotional and psychological abuse.

00:46:14
This is before these bills were even written.

00:46:16
OK, was exonerated, gets her daughter back, and her daughter

00:46:20
kills herself because her daughter didn't get the

00:46:23
treatment that she needed for three years and instead got

00:46:26
pumped full of like hormone raging inducing.

00:46:29
Like they make you super hard. Those hormones make you super

00:46:32
aggressive, they make you super horny.

00:46:34
I don't know what the clinical word is.

00:46:36
They make you very like she was all over the place and she

00:46:40
stepped in front of a training killed herself.

00:46:41
So this is already happening. Adam Veena's son is.

00:46:47
Three or four years old, saying he's non binary.

00:46:49
Why? Because his wife got awarded

00:46:52
custody. Because he would not affirm this

00:46:55
already happened. This bill just passed out of the

00:46:58
legislature. Harrison Tinsley's wife wants to

00:47:01
raise their children. His child, His son, non binary.

00:47:03
It's videos of his son crying. I don't want to wear a dress.

00:47:07
I'm not a girl. I don't want to wear high heels.

00:47:09
I don't want to wear makeup. And he's in a custody dispute

00:47:11
and that judge is threatening to take his son away from him.

00:47:15
All this stuff is already happening.

00:47:17
These children. I don't know if you know, what

00:47:20
was the name, the case that just settled with Harvey, Dylan, they

00:47:24
trans started to transition her child behind her back at school.

00:47:28
You're you need to go to campus and you need to get our parental

00:47:33
notification policy. Try and find conservative board

00:47:36
members to get them to pass the policy and you need to ask your

00:47:40
go into your schools and to your boards asks.

00:47:42
Ask them, e-mail them and do FOIA public records requests and

00:47:46
demand to know if they have gender transitioning programs

00:47:50
because these programs are already being implemented at

00:47:53
your school. So the parental notification

00:47:55
policy is something that is in response to these cases that are

00:47:59
already happening and these gender transitioning programs

00:48:02
that are already rolling out at your school, the teachers are

00:48:05
all up in arms. Like, oh, you're, you know, the

00:48:07
print notification policy is putting new, you know,

00:48:10
expectations and obligations on teachers.

00:48:13
It's like you're already getting trained how to how to profile

00:48:16
children to see who's gender curious, profile their families

00:48:20
to see who doesn't have a safe space at home.

00:48:22
And you're already being trained to create a safe environment for

00:48:27
them at school. They're already going after your

00:48:30
kids at school. It's already happening.

00:48:32
This is not that's why I do the work.

00:48:35
That's why I know you know I It's not.

00:48:38
I'm not trying to be inflammatory.

00:48:41
I already am getting the phone call.

00:48:43
We already have the cases. They're already happening.

00:48:45
Google Abigail Martinez. Google.

00:48:47
Adam Vena Google. Harrison Tinsley.

00:48:50
You will find Chloe Cole detransitioner.

00:48:54
All of these people exist. It's already happening.

00:48:58
And these bills were were made to, like you guys said, kind of

00:49:02
like solidify, concretize these policies that are already in

00:49:06
existence and remove parents from being involved in having a

00:49:11
say in what's going on in the children's.

00:49:15
I I don't think that's fun. Podcasts.

00:49:18
Oh, no, we. Sorry.

00:49:20
It's it's it's serious stuff. Because I think people need to

00:49:23
know how how much of this is coming down the Pike right now

00:49:27
and how serious this is. This is becoming law in

00:49:29
California. The governor is signing this

00:49:31
into law. And I don't think it's it's

00:49:35
tinfoil haddish to look at the bills that you've listed and see

00:49:41
there is a there is a pattern here.

00:49:43
There is something that they're trying to do here.

00:49:45
It's not hidden in the details. We're not imagining this when

00:49:50
you won, start to remove the voters ability to elect their

00:49:56
own local representatives. You remove the ability of those

00:50:00
duly elected local officials to enact the will of the people who

00:50:05
elected them. You start to punish people who

00:50:08
show up to school boards and make their voices her like this

00:50:11
one bill SV596 which fine someone $1000 and or a year in

00:50:18
jail for expressing their anger at at school board meetings and

00:50:24
you start to realize okay so we can't have control over our

00:50:27
local public schools. And then they start to force

00:50:32
these children and put a wedge between you and your children,

00:50:35
and they force them into the arms of the state, whether it's

00:50:40
through the school, whether it's through these shelters.

00:50:44
And you start to see there's sort of a pattern here of like,

00:50:46
well, if we expand the authority of the school and we push

00:50:52
parents out so they have no say in what our school does.

00:50:55
Then we can sort of keep them behind this, this wall of

00:50:58
secrecy. Behind this curtain of secrecy.

00:51:01
We can do what we want. We can indoctrinate them behind

00:51:04
this, this curtain. And then, oh, if you have a

00:51:07
problem with that, okay, well, too late.

00:51:08
We're going to take your kid away anyway.

00:51:10
So I don't, I don't think it's, it's Tinfoil, Haddish or

00:51:14
conspiracy at all. I mean, anybody who has half a

00:51:16
brain can look at the pattern of these bills and what California

00:51:21
is passing this year and go. They have a concerted effort and

00:51:24
they have an agenda to do something and to try and put a

00:51:27
wedge between parents and their children and take children away

00:51:30
from their parents. I I honestly believe that and

00:51:32
and people who know me, I don't say inflammatory things just to

00:51:37
you know get the the clicks and the views and all that stuff.

00:51:39
I try to break things down from a logical perspective.

00:51:42
But logically, you have to look at all this together and put the

00:51:46
puzzle pieces together and go. There's a concerted effort.

00:51:50
And people need to know about that.

00:51:51
So that's why I think it's good that we're talking about this

00:51:54
and letting people know this is what's coming out of the session

00:51:57
this just this year alone. Yeah.

00:52:00
So I mean, you you, that's that those are all the bills and and

00:52:04
there's a B 1078, which will, like you said, dictate what

00:52:09
material and curricula your students read.

00:52:11
OK, so you're they're mandatory in school.

00:52:14
A B5 is about, you know, training teachers how to and

00:52:18
it's all again, to be supportive of LGB, QT and trans youth.

00:52:22
No mention of detransitioning children.

00:52:25
But I don't, actually, I don't even want to go.

00:52:27
You just summarize the bills perfectly.

00:52:29
They're going to take them from your homes with the first set of

00:52:32
bills that we talked about or they're going to.

00:52:34
You're going to keep your children if you can.

00:52:37
And they're still going to get their agenda, plug in their

00:52:40
ideas through the mandated curricula and silencing board

00:52:45
members. Removing board members and

00:52:47
removing parents who have the, you know, who have the gumption

00:52:50
to trying and oppose. You know, all these bills except

00:52:54
for 596 have passed out of the California legislature.

00:52:57
They're on their way to Gov nuisance desk.

00:52:59
He has 12 days or until September 19th to sign these

00:53:02
bills into law. So I just, I would really like

00:53:05
to, you know, I don't know where we're going to end, but I do

00:53:08
want to make sure that we get in that everyone should be calling

00:53:10
Gavin Newsom every single day on your way to work on your lunch

00:53:14
break. It takes literally 20 seconds

00:53:16
because you're just going to list the bills.

00:53:18
I don't know if you, like, post this with a caption or anything,

00:53:21
but you're just going to say I'm calling to, you know, demand

00:53:24
that the governor oppose, excuse me, veto 86, six, 589 by

00:53:29
782-2385, a B1078SB596 when it comes to his desk.

00:53:34
So we just need to go over and over and over again on these

00:53:38
bills and just keep calling him, you know, truthfully between you

00:53:42
and me, I don't know what this chance of success of that is

00:53:46
going to be. But he does have, yeah, he does

00:53:49
have presidential aspirations. So it's really important that he

00:53:54
knows that we're awake and we're watching him and we'll remember

00:53:57
this and say and we will remember this when he comes, you

00:54:00
know, comes and runs for president and also share this

00:54:03
information. Because what happens in

00:54:05
California, first of all, anybody can call the governor.

00:54:09
You can have your in laws and your families in Colorado and

00:54:12
Texas and whatever calling everybody should be calling him

00:54:14
and everybody should be calling him because if he becomes

00:54:17
president, it will come to their state.

00:54:20
So everyone should be calling. Everyone has a vested interest

00:54:23
in this. But the second thing that people

00:54:26
need to do is mark their calendars.

00:54:28
Well I can't talk about it yet but we will get you.

00:54:32
I've been looking at my phone totally transparent because we

00:54:35
have a next step for you guys. I'll let Phil will be the first

00:54:40
to know as soon as it's confirmed.

00:54:43
But as you know me Phil we'd like a a good show of force so

00:54:47
we will of peaceful force so we will be having a gatherings

00:54:51
within the next 5 days to of parents and concerned citizens

00:54:56
because it's wild. There's grandparents aunts and

00:54:59
uncles put people without kids because they're like this is

00:55:01
wrong this is wrong. We we don't do this and the last

00:55:06
thing so I'll get you that information once it's finalized

00:55:08
and confirmed but we I don't know if you know but protect

00:55:11
kids ca.com is another thing that we put together.

00:55:17
There are three initiatives that we got on we're trying to get on

00:55:20
the ballot for November because like I said California

00:55:23
legislature the capital is not protecting us.

00:55:25
They're actually actively coming after us and our elected

00:55:28
representatives are out to freaking lunch are compromised.

00:55:33
So we are three initiatives. One is to I don't want to

00:55:36
misquote them so let me just really quickly pull them up.

00:55:41
One is to protect girls spaces and and sports.

00:55:45
Another one is about parental notification and transparency

00:55:49
and let me put here the last one is I just want to get the right

00:55:54
messaging for you. Protects girls parent

00:55:58
notification from schools, protect girls sports and prevent

00:56:01
child sterilization. So that's basically you know,

00:56:04
would be illegal. Making it illegal to do render

00:56:09
gender affirming care to minors, protecting girls, sports and

00:56:12
spaces obviously is getting, you know, male individuals out of

00:56:17
their locker rooms, bathrooms and their sports.

00:56:20
And then the parental notification policy is what we

00:56:23
are trying to do right now on a local level.

00:56:26
We have got to protect ourselves.

00:56:28
Right now what you can do is talk to your kids, go to your

00:56:31
school, talk to the teachers, talk to your principal, find out

00:56:34
if they have a gender affirming care or gender transitioning

00:56:38
policy in place or anything to that effect.

00:56:41
Go to your next school board meeting.

00:56:42
Demand to find out. Do a public records request.

00:56:45
Demand to find out and start having conversations with your

00:56:48
kids right now. That's how you start now.

00:56:50
And then try and get what our parcel notification policy

00:56:54
passed in your district. If you're working on that and

00:56:57
you need help. Like your board members are

00:56:59
scared. They don't understand the

00:57:00
policy. They don't want to get sued.

00:57:02
Aaron Friday, Jennifer Kennedy or myself, I'm Dean Brownlee.

00:57:06
Also, we will help you. We will zoom with you.

00:57:09
We will meet. We will explain the law and

00:57:11
explain how these policies are legal and how they can defend

00:57:15
themselves. And then really, really, really

00:57:19
go find out. Go to protectkidsca.com, go to

00:57:22
the initiative, sign up for updates because we need to get

00:57:25
about 500 and 7500 and 76 signatures in 180 days.

00:57:30
Once they get green lighted, and those will create laws, we will

00:57:34
create our own laws. We'll put them on the ballot

00:57:37
come November, but we have to get them on the ballot first.

00:57:41
So we need to get those signatures in 180 days and we'll

00:57:45
need everybody's support to to do that and we can start

00:57:49
spreading awareness now. So once we get them on the

00:57:50
ballot, we can start getting the sick.

00:57:52
Once we get them green lighted, we start getting the signatures.

00:57:55
If we get 576, they get on the ballot in November and we

00:57:59
know they're going to pass because that Rasmussen poll, the

00:58:03
survey they did, it's like over. It's like overwhelming.

00:58:06
It's like 80% of Californians absolutely believe that parents

00:58:10
should be notified when their child is having suffering mental

00:58:13
health issues. So these these initiatives will

00:58:16
pass. We just need to get them on the

00:58:17
ballot. We're coming up on the hour, and

00:58:22
I'll make sure I try to spread as much of this as possible.

00:58:25
I'll put all this stuff in the show notes.

00:58:27
I want to share your stuff as well.

00:58:31
Maybe we can organize some sort of call to action.

00:58:33
I think that'd be great. That always seems to work really

00:58:35
well. Sometimes if you just make it

00:58:37
easy and just do a Google doc that people can like a script

00:58:41
people can read off of, that usually seems to work really

00:58:43
well. One law before we hop off that I

00:58:48
wanted to comment on, which as attorneys, scares the crap out

00:58:52
of me SB-40. Which incentivizes people to be

00:58:59
attorneys to be reported to the State Bar who have inspired or

00:59:04
actually engaged in, quote, treason, sedition, or

00:59:07
insurrection against California the USA.

00:59:10
So to me, that sounds like anybody who could be MAGA.

00:59:15
We want to report to the State Bar, which or if you file the

00:59:19
lawsuit that challenges the governor or state government.

00:59:23
So if you if you sue the governor like we did, if you sue

00:59:27
the state, if you sue Joe Biden, I mean very easily you will be

00:59:31
accused of insurrection and treason.

00:59:34
I mean, I can't think that law is SB-40.

00:59:37
That's Senator Tom Umberg's law. He's in here in Orange County.

00:59:40
He used to be a Jag judge. He's an attorney, a former

00:59:44
judge. He's a disgrace to the legal

00:59:47
profession. He makes me sick.

00:59:49
He jockeyed AB957. He should know better.

00:59:52
Maybe 9 by 7 is void for ambiguity on its face.

00:59:56
If violates First Amendment, you know, right exercise, free

00:59:59
religion, free speech, compelled speech, all of it.

01:00:02
He is the least indicative, no least indicated to be

01:00:08
representing our profession and the gall of hit.

01:00:11
That is the last piece. And I actually never talked

01:00:15
about SB-40 because. I it was almost like it was too.

01:00:22
I didn't even want to breathe life into it and we had you

01:00:27
know, good information that it wasn't proceeding.

01:00:29
And we it's not it's not it's it's not going to move out of

01:00:32
the legislature. So but yeah that's from Senator

01:00:38
Tom Umberg. If you live in Via Park in that

01:00:41
area, in Orange, Santa Ana area, he jockeyed 957.

01:00:46
So he's the one that's removing custody of children.

01:00:48
And I I want to say one thing really quickly on 957 people are

01:00:53
talking about, you know, one of the problems with that bill

01:00:55
besides all those constitutional free exercise, religion, free

01:00:58
speech, compelled speech, your due process rights, fundamental

01:01:03
14th Amendment due process rights to manage the the care

01:01:07
and custody and upbringing of well-being, education, religion,

01:01:10
health of your child, which has been protected by the Supreme

01:01:13
Court for over 100 years. Aside from that, in addition to

01:01:17
that, the bill is extremely poorly written and it says

01:01:21
whoever affirms like a judge needs to look at the health,

01:01:24
safety and welfare. And that includes who affirms

01:01:27
the child. And there's no definition of

01:01:29
affirmation. And this is super, super, super

01:01:31
important. And I hate that we've waited

01:01:33
till the end, but I hope people are so listening.

01:01:35
There's no definition of affirm and affirm means it can mean two

01:01:38
things, social affirmation or medical affirmation.

01:01:41
Social is hair cut, name, pronouns, clothing, medical

01:01:46
obviously is. You know, has cross sex,

01:01:48
hormones, you know, surgery, mastectomies, you know, the

01:01:53
vagina, plasty, all those things.

01:01:55
So there's no definition of affirm.

01:01:56
So you you have three options. You have one scenario where one

01:02:00
parent is the affirming parent, the other is not.

01:02:02
That person's going to get custody.

01:02:04
You have two parents who are both affirming who wins.

01:02:10
Is it the most extreme affirming parent and is it me because I

01:02:13
want to get my our daughter top surgery even though she's four

01:02:16
and she doesn't need top surgery or even want it.

01:02:18
But I I'm the most affirming parent.

01:02:21
What happens there. Number two.

01:02:23
Number three, no one was talking about this and this is what

01:02:26
you're referring to Camille is when.

01:02:28
And then I mentioned this in the fox our fox, my Fox News

01:02:31
interview that kind of went viral is if both parents.

01:02:34
I hate you Phil, we're getting divorced.

01:02:36
Wasn't meant to be. You know, it's not you, it's me.

01:02:40
But we do agree that we will never affirm, or we're certainly

01:02:45
not going to affirm our five year old or three-year old or

01:02:47
two year old or 11 year old. Then that means under this law,

01:02:51
the way it's written is that both of us are acting contrary

01:02:55
to or jeopardizing our child's health, safety and welfare.

01:02:59
That means that the child marked my words.

01:03:01
It's going to happen. Both of the parents are acting

01:03:05
jeopardizing their health, safety and welfare.

01:03:07
Both of the parents are are not acting in the child's best

01:03:10
interests. Those are the two terms of art

01:03:13
used in the law and the child will be removed from both of us,

01:03:17
which is the last way, Bethany, that they're going to get them

01:03:20
into those foster care systems. So this is coming after you.

01:03:24
Another bill that wasn't mentioned because it got amended

01:03:27
by Ana Caballero and Angelique Ashby, Aggie R Curry, Luz Rivas

01:03:34
is SB599 because people like I'm never going to get a divorce and

01:03:38
I doesn't matter to me. Well, SB599 says visitation.

01:03:43
If you don't affirm for visitation, so now you lost

01:03:45
custody because you're not the affirming parent.

01:03:47
Now you won't even get to visit because you're not the affirming

01:03:50
parent. And in these laws, in that law

01:03:55
599, they it talks about domestic abuse. 599 was written

01:04:00
about visitation and changing visitation to be remote, whether

01:04:04
it's domestic abuse and their allegations of domestic abuse.

01:04:08
And they talk about the child's health, safety and welfare.

01:04:10
They talk about the Penal Code, they talk about child abuse.

01:04:12
They call about talk about child neglect and child endangerment.

01:04:15
And I said it from the very gecko I go this is going, this

01:04:18
definition is going to go to the Penal Code.

01:04:20
And here we have 599 that's taking, after taking SB, excuse

01:04:25
me, a B957. They're taking it that

01:04:28
definition of, you know, health, safety and welfare to include

01:04:31
affirmation in terms of custody. They're using it for visitation

01:04:35
and it is now going to go over to the Penal Code for child

01:04:38
abuse, endangerment and neglect. So these bills, you think I'm

01:04:42
never going to get a divorce and I'm never going to fight over my

01:04:45
child? But these bills, again, it's the

01:04:47
foothold and it will soon be able to reach you.

01:04:51
And you may find yourself in the situation as Abigail Martinez

01:04:54
where your child is confused because they're 14 and they're

01:04:57
hormonal and they hate you because you took away their tick

01:05:00
tock like every single normal 14 year old.

01:05:03
And you can be accused of abusing mentally or emotionally

01:05:08
abusing your child or endangering them or neglecting

01:05:10
them for refusing to get them gender affirming care.

01:05:13
And you too will lose custody and you also won't be able to

01:05:15
visit your kid. So these bills are just really

01:05:19
egregious on all levels. They came after the lawyers with

01:05:22
SB-40. They came after the parents with

01:05:25
SB-596 and 665 and and 957. You've got to you have got to

01:05:32
get involved. Like Phil said at the local

01:05:34
local level, that's where you can control things and it

01:05:36
trickles up and we will get these criminals out of office

01:05:39
because hopefully for as bad as it is hopefully with this,

01:05:43
people understand please go to facts, law, truth, justice.

01:05:46
Our website, I mean my Instagram I'm am amplifying a lot of other

01:05:53
accounts who are. We're doing a legislator

01:05:57
scorecard. It's Cal with California Parents

01:06:00
United all spelled out. And we're doing a scorecard of

01:06:03
all the legislators and how they voted on these bills because

01:06:06
these legislators do not represent your interest.

01:06:10
They do not care about children. They do not care about families

01:06:13
and they need to be voted out and you need to replace them.

01:06:15
So you know, it's going to take a lot of work, but at least

01:06:18
we're it's really horrible, but at least we're all awake and now

01:06:21
we can unite and and figure out a way to resume our position at

01:06:27
the table because that's where we belong.

01:06:30
Yeah, I think it's it's important that people get

01:06:32
involved and people pick up the phone.

01:06:35
E-mail, as we saw with SB14, Newsome is prone to caving to

01:06:40
public pressure. Almost funny enough, he he

01:06:44
seemed to be trying to take credit for SB14 passing, which

01:06:48
was disgusting that now all of a sudden he's trying to take

01:06:51
credit for it. But anyway, public pressure does

01:06:55
work, and Diane Dixon was on a couple weeks ago, definitely

01:06:58
made it very clear. People think just because

01:07:01
there's a supermajority of Democrats, public pressure does

01:07:04
work. If you speak up and you're loud

01:07:07
enough and you create enough noise with the legislature, they

01:07:10
do back off of this stuff. Because they're politicians and

01:07:13
if they see the the it's very unpopular they will back off of

01:07:17
this stuff. So I yeah, we'll definitely work

01:07:20
together and get some sort of call action to get this out

01:07:23
there so people can contact the governor, let them know that

01:07:26
they oppose these bills. But we're we're coming up we're

01:07:30
actually a little over an hour. So we got some extra bonus time

01:07:32
out of you before we we sign off for the night.

01:07:36
Is there any final thoughts? Nicole, you were a great guest

01:07:39
and obviously don't be a stranger.

01:07:40
I think you need to come back. More often.

01:07:43
It's sad that it took this long. I love you guys.

01:07:46
So great, let's do it again and again and again.

01:07:51
No final words, is just what you just said.

01:07:53
Just get, don't. And then, you know, for all

01:07:58
these things, these horrible things that are happening, there

01:08:01
are really good things that are happening as well.

01:08:04
They're going to repeal AB2098. We're winning our lawsuits.

01:08:08
We're getting the parental notification policies passed,

01:08:11
you know, but let's not wait for the lawyers to come, I guess my,

01:08:15
my thing is, is that we can stay, like, off a lot.

01:08:20
I'll say this, the Revolutionary War was one with 3% of the

01:08:25
population, OK, we would have won.

01:08:29
It would have been a lot less death and dismemberment if just

01:08:32
a little bit more had joined the fight a little earlier.

01:08:35
So we're the 3% people listening here.

01:08:38
I'm sure part of the 3% who are engaged and who are pushing back

01:08:41
and getting engaged locally and really, really, really, I'm

01:08:44
literally talking about start in your classroom, start having

01:08:47
these conversations, start sharing this podcast, our

01:08:50
website, protect Kids, CA and the initiatives California

01:08:55
Coalition, Parents Coalition. Like that's where the parental

01:08:58
notification is. I'll give you all of these

01:09:00
links, literally copy and paste it and send it to your entire do

01:09:04
a BCC e-mail glass, send it to everybody because people don't

01:09:08
know what's going on. And when they find out what's

01:09:10
happening, they're appalled. Like, it's not even like, oh,

01:09:14
that's really unfortunate. They're like what the block is

01:09:18
going on. Like they literally are like

01:09:20
what are you talking about And you've used set Google.

01:09:24
Like I said Abigail Martinez Harrison Tinsley Adam Vina.

01:09:27
It's happening. So people don't know and we just

01:09:30
need to sound the alarm and people are willing to write

01:09:33
because the more like I said if we just have more we can end

01:09:36
this a lot sooner. The same way with cobit, if

01:09:38
people had just said no from the get go, we wouldn't we ended up

01:09:41
we were right on every issue. We were right on every single

01:09:44
issue. But it took two years to get

01:09:46
there. How many people were vaccinated

01:09:48
against their will? How many people were injured?

01:09:50
How many people lost their jobs, their pensions, you know, their

01:09:53
careers, so their homes, their families?

01:09:57
We are right. The law is on your side.

01:10:00
We would not be doing this if we didn't know that for 100%

01:10:04
certainty. So just share this, you know

01:10:07
share this information, connect with people and stay post.

01:10:11
You know, stay tuned. Follow us for updates and we

01:10:15
will guide you to final victory over these criminal, the

01:10:19
criminal California criminal cartel.

01:10:22
We will win, we will prevail. We just want to minimize the

01:10:25
damage in the meantime. I don't think we could have

01:10:28
ended any stronger than that. So I'm going to end every show

01:10:32
as I always do, which is if you like this show, make sure you

01:10:35
like, share, subscribe, review, hit the notification bell on all

01:10:38
of our platforms. And like Nicole said, best thing

01:10:42
you can do to help spread the word and support this show is

01:10:45
just share this with somebody and especially this episode,

01:10:48
share this, share this, share this with concerned parents,

01:10:51
share this with everybody. Because I think.

01:10:53
The more people know about this, I think more people will be

01:10:56
shocked and appalled at what's going on that this is actually

01:11:00
stuff that's becoming law here in California.

01:11:03
So with that we'll say good night to everybody.

01:11:07
Have a good night, everybody. Thank you guys.

01:11:09
