Will Anyone Drop Out Before the Deadline? Democrats Still Refuse to Consolidate

With the March 6 filing deadline fast approaching, pressure is mounting for low-polling Democratic candidates to step aside and consolidate support.

But so far? No one’s blinking.

Despite underperforming in party endorsement votes, candidates like Katie Porter remain firmly in the race — backed by strong fundraising numbers and solid public polling.

The party endorsement process hasn’t cleared the field, public surveys haven’t done it either, and Democratic voters are left with a crowded race heading toward June.

So the big question remains:
👉 Will anyone actually drop out… or is everyone staying in no matter what?
