How San Diegans REALLY Feel About Parking Fees in Balboa Park
Last week was the first week the City of San Diego instituted paid parking at Balboa Park, something that hasn't been done in 150 years of existence. All of this to plug a $285 million budget deficit they brought on the city, and needless to say San Diegans aren't happy about it.
