California Is Sitting on BILLIONS of Barrels of Oil - Will They Drill for It?
California has about 2 billion barrels of oil they can extract from known wells, and about 15 billion in the Monterey Shale Formation alone. Will they actually try to produce oil in the face of $8-$10 a gallon gasoline prices?
