It's been like riding a tsunami this week.

Yeah, it's, you know, it's one of those things where you get

the story and then all of a sudden it takes off and you're
00:01:19
everywhere. All of a sudden, I'm seeing you
00:01:21
on Jesse Watters and then you are on the Will Kane show and
00:01:25
all over the place. And obviously this story, even
00:01:29
though it's kind of died down a little bit with the whole ice
00:01:33
shooting in Minnesota, not deterring you because you're
00:01:38
doing your investigation here in San Diego into daycares.

So we're going to get into that in a second.

But why don't you take a second to introduce everybody who you
00:01:48
are, why you're an expert at doing this, and we'll go from
00:01:52
there. Amy Reichert and I'm the

chairwoman of Restore San Diego and I was also the one of the Co

founders of Reopen San Diego and I'm also a state licensed
00:02:05
private investigator. OK, so you have a special set of
00:02:10
skills as they Liam Neeson said in what was it?

So take us through what what prompted you to do this
00:02:24
investigation to begin with? I know obviously there's the
00:02:27
Minnesota story, but what prompted you to go?
00:02:30
I'm going to get into this and I'm going to see what I can
00:02:33
find. Well, it was definitely Nick
00:02:37
Shirley's work in Minnesota. And when he started showing up
00:02:41
at daycares, I'm like, you know what, I bet you anything, we
00:02:45
have similar, similar situation going on here in California.
00:02:50
And so it was kind of like a race to, to get to the
00:02:53
California fraud 1st. And what I did was I went
00:02:57
straight to the source. I went to Gavin Newsom's own
00:03:01
Department of Child Services and I started reviewing reports.
00:03:06
And these were from inspectors that were showing up to license
00:03:11
daycares. They were licensed for eight
00:03:14
kids, for 15 kids 2128. And on the reports, it clearly
00:03:19
says, you know, 28 kids enrolled.
00:03:22
But then the state would show up unannounced, sometimes within
00:03:27
just 8 days, and there were zero kids there both times.
00:03:32
What are the odds? In the middle of the day, in the
00:03:34
middle of the week, during normal business hours?
00:03:38
So that's when I started calling them ghost daycares.

And this is a like, yeah, I, I know with the Nick Shirley
00:03:46
stuff, they're like, well, it's the holidays and it's not the
00:03:48
same time. It doesn't, it doesn't really
00:03:50
count. So like this is all like staged
00:03:53
and but you're saying you went like during normal business
00:03:56
hours and this is what you've been uncovering?

What I did was I went to the state's own website and I
00:04:05
searched San Diego County alphabetically, so I wasn't
00:04:10
focusing on any kind of surnames or ethnicity.
00:04:13
I was just starting off at A and going there and this was all
00:04:18
happened on a Sunday and it was shocking but not surprising what
00:04:22
I found. I found 3 ghost daycares within
00:04:25
the first hour. And these are reports that
00:04:31
cannot be edited online. They're uploaded as PDFs.
00:04:35
These are the state inspector reports.
00:04:39
Things that you'll find in this report are oh, arrived at 9:30
00:04:45
and the daycare has hours of nine to five.
00:04:50
It's, it's in the report that it says this in some cases, and
00:04:55
then in other cases it'll say that they arrived at the daycare
00:04:59
and there weren't any other kids except for the owner's own child
00:05:05
or children. So to clarify, state funded
00:05:10
daycares, state funded inspectors, which of course this
00:05:15
all means taxes. Replace state with tax, you
00:05:20
know, the US citizens taxes, They're actually writing up
00:05:24
these reports that then apparently nobody's even
00:05:28
tracking these reports. And then this, this state
00:05:32
inspectors just write up their reports and go on their merry
00:05:34
way, not letting anyone know. Oh, hey, there's maybe fraud
00:05:39
here because we see that people are being paid to watch their
00:05:44
own kids in this daycare center, tax funded.
00:05:48
They're being paid to parent their children or be there for
00:05:52
no other children. There's no children and they
00:05:55
just go on their merry way. And this is in like, nobody's
00:05:58
auditing this and they're just getting away with it.

You know, that's what it appears when I looked at these reports,
00:06:06
because in some cases in these reports, the inspector is
00:06:11
actually citing the family daycare owner.
00:06:14
So you can see citations in there for things like not having
00:06:18
enrollment for six out of six kids.
00:06:21
All right, boom. All right, So not only are we
00:06:24
showing that these places are empty, that the state is citing
00:06:28
them for not having enrollment records in other cases these
00:06:33
same daycares that have zero kids, also the state inspectors
00:06:37
are citing them for not having the emergency contact
00:06:42
information of the parents. Gosh, OK, Can you imagine?
00:06:47
No, right. And then?
00:06:50
I mean, I know you are too and I'm just horrified at like,
00:06:54
which apparently there's no actual kids in there, but can
00:06:57
you? Yeah, when when they go.
00:06:59
I'm I'll keep there speechless. Speechless.

And some of these places are licensed for infants.

And here's a really scary thing that these inspectors are
00:07:08
finding that there's no infant sleep logs.
00:07:11
So they're supposed to have infant sleep logs.
00:07:14
They're supposed to check on these babies every 15 minutes.
00:07:18
And the state inspector is showing up and like, OK, you're
00:07:21
licensed for infants. You say here that that an infant
00:07:25
was here yesterday. Where's the sleep log?
00:07:27
No sleep log. So here's the thing, this is not
00:07:31
a right wing conspiracy theory. This actually was a federal
00:07:34
criminal case right here in San Diego County in 2024 where a
00:07:39
man, he had Umi Learning Center in San Diego County and he just
00:07:46
happens to be a Somali gentleman and he was president of Umi
00:07:51
Learning Center. He was convicted.
00:07:54
He was convicted. He's doing 27 months right now
00:07:57
in federal prison and he has to pay back $3.7 million.
00:08:04
These were government subsidies where this is the DOJ saying
00:08:08
this, not me. And this man has been convicted.

So the fraud is proven and there were 150 kids that he was lying
00:08:17
about at UMI Learning Center in San Diego County.

And this is recent and this is the kicker.

Parents were sometimes in on it. The parents were getting
00:08:30
kickbacks of $200 a a month into the DOJ.

But one of my first posts on X was about duly suad family

childcare and my post was shocker in San Diego.

So this is just, I'm like only on number 2 so far and I'm so

excited. It's like Sunday and I'm posting

to X. So two out of two child cares
00:09:55
reviewed so far had zero children present during the
00:09:59
state inspection. Only the owner and her own baby
00:10:03
present owner was cited for missing school enrollment
00:10:07
verification for six out of six enrolled kids.

So take that Union Tribune. They wrote a front page hit
00:10:17
piece on me and they said that my claims were unverified or
00:10:24
unsubstantiated. This is the claims from the
00:10:27
state, not from me and what you can do.

So I, I challenge anybody who's watching this be a sleuth too,

right? This is a public records, it's
00:10:40
available for anybody to search. And if you look at the tabs at

the bottom, you can see things like visits, complaints,
00:10:47
reports. You can see when this facility
00:10:51
was first actually licensed and you can see all kinds of
00:10:57
information. And this is really helpful too.

Like if you're a parent, I challenge you check out your own
00:11:03
daycare right tonight. If you've never done this, you
00:11:08
need to do this because you'll find what's called type A type B
00:11:12
violations that are are very serious and sometimes can shut
00:11:17
down a daycare. Another one that I found was a
00:11:21
Don Munira family childcare and I was going alphabetically.

So we're still on the A's. Oh the I posted X San Diego
00:11:32
child care complaint report a Don Munira family child care had
00:11:36
zero children present but multiple adults without criminal
00:11:40
background clearance. Well, capacity is 14 on.

Your kids. Well.

There's no kids there, so. Thank God.

Yeah, the enrollment was not listed in this case, which is
00:11:55
really rare, but the owner was ordered to notify all enrolled
00:11:59
families within 24 hours, right? No background check, right?

So all right, let's go on to the next one.

So this one is Ahmed Diamond Family Child Care.

And here's my post. Get this.

Ahmed Diamond Family Child Care has 14 children enrolled.

When the state arrived for an unannounced inspection, zero
00:12:26
children were present and only one staff member was there.
00:12:30
OK, the licensee and one child arrived shortly after and a
00:12:35
second child was dropped off for their first day.
00:12:38
So in this case, this was one of the few ones that I actually saw
00:12:44
kids at. But it was very interesting that
00:12:47
kids arrived after the inspection could be totally
00:12:51
coincidental. I'm merely reporting what the
00:12:55
the state did. All right, next one is Ali
00:12:59
Habibo Family Childcare, and when I I posted this to X, no
00:13:05
children were present. During two state inspections,
00:13:08
California inspectors found no daycare children and no staff,
00:13:13
and the two visits were only one month apart.

And here's what I added to my post.

Don't be mad at me. I'm going through the San Diego
00:13:21
daycares alphabetically. That just happens to.
00:13:26
Be who? We are who who we're finding.

It's not. It's like going through the
00:13:30
phone book. Quick question and I'm so sorry

that I have no idea on this but I've never put my kids in
00:13:37
daycare or public school or anything like that.
00:13:39
So why are so many daycare centers besides the fraud?

Why are they receiving government funds?
00:13:46
Is this like for low income families or who is this for?

Fantastic. Question.

So the state wants to socialize childcare in California.
00:13:59
That is the growth industry. So what's happening throughout
00:14:04
the state is every single school district throughout the
00:14:08
throughout the state of California is declining in
00:14:10
enrollment. So what can they do?
00:14:13
Well, they added TK at first. That's very attractive to some
00:14:17
parents. They're like, OK, I don't have
00:14:19
to pay for childcare because I could put my child into TK.
00:14:22
Well, then the state started creating programs that were
00:14:25
younger and younger and younger, and now the state offers
00:14:30
childcare for kids as young as two.
00:14:34
I've had some whistleblowers from legal legitimate daycares
00:14:38
who say that the state is singling them out for audits
00:14:42
that are ridiculous. They're visiting them, not
00:14:47
finding any complaints, but it's according to them.
00:14:50
They say it's a pattern of harassment.
00:14:52
Now, why would the state want to do that?
00:14:56
The state of California also, I, I will, I won't say the state,
00:15:01
but politicians, the union people, they organized family
00:15:06
daycare owners, owners are now unionized.
00:15:11
So it's all part of the, I, I call it the daycare industrial
00:15:18
complex right now. So the state of California has
00:15:23
state funds but they also get federal funds for low income
00:15:29
families to have free child care or reduced care.
00:15:34
But here's the kicker, the money comes from the feds to the
00:15:37
state. From the state to NGOs, non
00:15:42
government organizations in San Diego County.
00:15:47
That's the YMCA of San Diego County and child development
00:15:51
associates. OK child, you guys all know who
00:15:55
the YMCA is. They are basically the
00:15:58
contractors who process these payments to these daycares.

So the parent has the voucher but what happens is that it's
00:16:09
the daycare that gets the money and then it's the daycare who's
00:16:13
telling these NGOs Oh well I had 15 kids enrolled and 15 present
00:16:20
right? So pay me NGO, but even though
00:16:26
this is all government funds, we are not allowed to public record
00:16:32
act request to this information. If I'm getting too deep in the
00:16:36
weeds, I have become like a subject matter expert.

No, no, no. We love deep in the weeds,

that's what we're. Here, OK, I'll go a little bit

further. You know, there's been, there's
00:16:47
a great account on XI Love following her data, Republican.

And she's been exposing all these NGOs with receipts and
00:16:56
she's got a database that you can look up.

You can look up the 990's, which is the nonprofit filings for
00:17:04
YMCA of San Diego and Child Development Associates.
00:17:09
Child Development Associates had a budget of just over 100
00:17:12
million when Biden took office. By the time Biden left, CDA's
00:17:18
budget was over 200 million. And according to their own
00:17:25
documents, it's like 99.8% of the money that Child Development
00:17:32
Associates gets is from government subsidies.
00:17:36
So Kathy Hochul in New York said she wants to expand free daycare
00:17:41
in the state of New York to 4.5 billion.
00:17:45
So you I don't know the exact number that California spends on
00:17:50
daycares, right, because of the shell game with the nonprofits.
00:17:54
But as you can imagine, the state of California has a much
00:17:58
bigger population than New York. So we're we're just it could be
00:18:04
math is not my thing. It's not my wheelhouse.
00:18:06
I'm just going to put a number, ballpark, 10 billion, Ten
00:18:10
billion is spent in California on free or reduced care child
00:18:15
care. So given what we saw in
00:18:19
Minnesota and the records that I was able to look at, and the
00:18:24
fact that we had a federal criminal case where somebody was
00:18:27
convicted of this, I think it's obvious that this needs to be
00:18:32
investigated further. I want to make a comment that
00:18:36
people complain that teachers don't get paid enough.
00:18:38
Well, maybe if we could rein in on this budget here, on this
00:18:42
free childcare situation, we could actually pay teachers more
00:18:45
money. And also wild guess for these
00:18:49
daycares that actually have kids infants, I'm going to assume
00:18:53
they have all kinds of vaccine requirements for the kids to
00:18:56
even be there. And you can find in the state
00:18:59
reports where the state inspectors come and they demand
00:19:03
vaccination records of these kids too.
00:19:07
And they're also being written up for not having a vaccination
00:19:11
records, right, which, you know, we can talk about that issue
00:19:15
another day. You guys all know my stance.

I'm anti mandate person with reopen San Diego and we sued in
00:19:22
federal court and we won and save the jobs of police, fire
00:19:27
and lifeguards. And so they didn't have to get
00:19:29
the COVID shot and they got to keep their jobs.

But the fact of the matter is I because that is something that
00:19:35
they look for and something that these places are cited for.

If they don't have it, it just kind of then begs the question,

OK, why? Why don't they have these
00:19:47
records? Yeah, why don't they?

Were they stolen? I'm just kidding.

But, you know, there's the the San Diego Union Tribune had all

kinds of excuses. Oh, they weren't open or all the
00:20:00
kids were sick that day. There's ones that I found where
00:20:07
there were two state visits within a week and I mentioned it
00:20:12
before 0 kids each time. But the owner said, oh, I team
00:20:21
kids yesterday for 1/2 an hour. It's in the report.

What, you had 15 kids from 3:30 to 4:00?

Are you kidding me? And their business hours were
00:20:35
what, all day I'm assuming? And they only did 1/2 an hour of
00:20:38
work. Well, that's the other thing

that's really interesting. Some of these daycares, they are
00:20:46
open on Saturdays and Sundays, and some of these places claim
00:20:51
that they're open 24 hours a day.

Jeez, find me up for that job 1/2 an hour a week of work a
00:20:58
week and getting paid all kinds of who knows what money.

I can handle that. So imagine the daycare

inspectors, they don't come at midnight, right?

They're coming during Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 5:00.

That's it. On the clock, off the clock,

right? So yeah.

Before we move on to the next couple entries, you have this

whole I think it's not just daycare.

I think to to the American people, I think this is kind of
00:21:34
the black pill and the way to say it like this is the black
00:21:38
pill to get them to think like, whoa, how much fraud is

happening in our government? And you start to connect the
00:21:46
dots and you know, we've always said follow the money.

This is why they push pre-K and universal daycare and all these
00:21:53
things. And it's like we need more money

for this stuff. And then it's never the
00:21:59
government who actually does this stuff.

They always, especially here in California, they always manage
00:22:04
to say, give us billions of dollars.

And then we'll just farm it out to all these nonprofits and NGOs

where it disappears. It's like the homeless

industrial complex where give us $35 billion to, to fix
00:22:18
homelessness, OK, but we're going to farm it all out to all
00:22:21
these homeless nonprofits where they're getting paid $500 a
00:22:24
year to be the CEO. And you you have no transparency
00:22:28
on that part it and it's all it just seems like this big shell
00:22:33
game that's rigged against like the the everyday American where
00:22:37
they're just robbing us of our tax dollars and kicking back to
00:22:41
those who are connected. I don't know.

We our state has a deficit. People are, are fleeing this

state because they keep haxing us into oblivion.

pushed a lot of our friends and family out.

So I made it known my next investigation would be the

homeless industrial complex. And again, it's the shell game

that you mentioned. So I put it out there.

Hey, whistleblowers, my DMS are open.

So I got a whistleblower from the Bay Area Community Services.

And despite the name, it's actually a nonprofit that's
00:23:30
mostly government funded that's up in Sacramento.

OK. And what this whistleblower
00:23:37
said, and I have to say alleged, right, because this is what the
00:23:42
whistleblower says. This is not me making these
00:23:45
claims. I'm telling you what a
00:23:47
whistleblower told me and then sent me screenshots and audio
00:23:52
recordings of OK of the meetings that they have with the CEO.

So what this whistleblower is saying is that in this anti
00:24:03
Trump, anti ICE environment, basically these homeless
00:24:09
solutions nonprofits are now basically de facto anti ICE
00:24:16
operations. So all their meetings, their
00:24:20
emails that they have procedures for not letting ice in, they
00:24:27
want to prioritize people that are not here legally.
00:24:31
And I posted today on X, what this whistleblower said was that
00:24:38
Uber cards, transportation vouchers and motel vouchers were
00:24:44
being prioritized to people that are here illegally.
00:24:48
And according to this whistleblower, it's seniors that
00:24:53
aren't getting help. And this particular
00:24:55
whistleblower said black women who are moms with kids are being
00:25:01
looked over in favor of people that are not here legally.
00:25:05
So they even went on to say in this one audio clip that I
00:25:11
posted that they wanted to provide these vouchers, motel
00:25:16
transportation and Uber to people that are not here
00:25:19
illegally so that you should hear this, this audio.

They're trying so hard not to, not to say like the quiet part
00:25:31
out loud, but to help people step out of their communities of
00:25:37
residents if they need to. These people are homeless and
00:25:42
they're in. This NGO is using transportation
00:25:46
vouchers, motel vouchers, and Ubers to get people away from
00:25:50
ICE. Are you freaking kidding me with
00:25:53
taxpayer money? This is insane.
00:25:56
This is the state of California. I want to make a comment real
00:26:01
quick going back to the whole infant care TK pre-K all the
00:26:07
things I swear California and this is not.

This is not an anti teacher rant whatsoever.

This is just my anti public school rant.

The state of California is like trying to basically breed
00:26:22
ownership of our kids, which we already know that, but from from
00:26:25
the beginning. And so they get them into like
00:26:27
at the minutes infants and then the the pre-K and kindergarten
00:26:31
and all the way through public school, high school, where then,
00:26:33
you know, they're taught to Hey, you need to go to a good college
00:26:37
to have a good career. So that basically you can take
00:26:40
out a student loan that's government backed, you know, and
00:26:44
so you're paying your student loans forever taxes to the
00:26:46
government and then you get to get a better job and pay even
00:26:50
more taxes to the government. It's like this is how they want
00:26:52
to just own you from the beginning and this is one reason
00:26:54
why I'm anti militant pool and have been since the beginning of
00:26:58
my parenting. And, and you know, here's the
00:27:02
thing too. So another beat that I cover is
00:27:06
really the the radical indoctrination that's going on
00:27:09
in these government schools. And there is just a ruling
00:27:13
Mirabelli versus Olsen. And it's it's actually being
00:27:17
